Supreme Crab

Located at 373 Main St, Redwood City, CA, Supreme Crab offers a satisfying seafood buffet experience that has become a favorite for many. This restaurant stands out for its practical approach, where guests pay upfront before being seated, ensuring a streamlined and efficient dining experience. With ample seating available for both small and large groups, it’s perfect for family gatherings, and there's even a convenient parking lot to accommodate guests. The restaurant's atmosphere is relaxed, with staff constantly attentive to maintaining a clean, comfortable environment by promptly clearing dirty plates.

One of the highlights at Supreme Crab is its diverse selection of seafood. The buffet features an impressive range of options, including crabs, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, and clams. While it can get quite busy during peak hours, especially with the popular crab legs, guests can expect plenty of seafood choices once the rush settles down. A recommended time to visit is around 6 PM to avoid long waits and large crowds.

While seafood is the main draw, the buffet also includes other items like fried rice and fried chicken, though these are generally considered decent and not as exceptional as the seafood offerings. For those stopping by during lunchtime, the $16.99 seafood buffet offers a variety of fresh, well-seasoned options, including baked crab and other seafood dishes. However, for an all-around seafood feast, dinner is the way to go, with additional offerings available for purchase.

The service at Supreme Crab is another standout feature. Staff members are dedicated to keeping the buffet stations replenished and ensuring that tables are quickly cleared, allowing guests to enjoy an uninterrupted dining experience. The restaurant's atmosphere is always busy yet well-managed, with crew members working hard to meet the demands of guests.

Whether you're craving a seafood-centric meal or simply in the mood to try a bit of everything, Supreme Crab promises a satisfying and enjoyable buffet experience that caters to seafood lovers of all kinds.

My parents love this place - they love how it's pay first then get seated. Rare to have a decently priced seafood buffet in the Bay Area now. They have ample amount of seating for small to big families and a parking lot. The staff there are quick to take dirty plates so there's always room on the table for more food. There's a good selection of seafood ranging from crabs to shrimps to crawfish. During rush hour, crab legs are typically gone in a second but once the wave dies down, there's so much leftover. I would recommend going around 6pm to skip the crowd. The regular food such as fried rice or buffet food isn't a Michelin star quality food but it's decent enough for the price you pay. A majority of the people eating here are here for the seafood.

Stopped in because I saw the $16.99 seafood lunch buffet sign. It was great and all really fresh and seasoned. So many options different shrimps, clams, mussels, crawfish, sides and lots of dessert and ice cream. There is no crab for the lunch besides crab bake but they are available for purchase. I will come back to try the dinner.

We spend way too much time watching travel, food and other things on YouTube. Today we saw someone reviewing Supreme Crab Buffet and somehow it intrigued us enough to get dressed and hit the road. We managed to get a parking space in the lot and headed for the restaurant. There were probably about 20 people waiting when we arrived. We went to the counter and asked for a table for two and were given a number and told 30 to 40 minutes. The timing was about right. It took 35 minutes. We walked up to the counter. The cashier asked if we wanted anything to drink. We said no and he rang us up. $32.99 each plus tax, tip optional. I ran a credit card and I was given a receipt and we were led to a four-top. It was nice to be able to sit on the same side so we could both watch the goings on. The menu is not huge but there was plenty enough for us to choose from. We probably hit up a buffet about four times a year. As we get older, we no longer practice unending consumption of food. Today was probably the first time in several years that I had three plates of food. Our favorite flavors were probably Garlic Noodles, Garlic Shrimp, and Clams. The Cajun Crab, Fried Chicken Flats and Baked White Fish was pretty good too. The Kalbi Ribs were tender, Cajun Shrimp had some nice heat, and the Corn on the Cob was delish too. There wasn't really anything that we tried that we didn't like. Staff spent a lot of time cleaning and replenishing the steam tables. Empty plates were constantly being picked up. It appeared that all of the crew knew their jobs and were working pretty hard at it. Would we return? Absolutely yes, but not too frequently. I'm afraid that I'd eat way more than I should.

I was craving seafood boil, and I saw that Supreme Crab Buffet had a $20 AYCE lunch special and decided to try it. I was honestly pretty surprised by the cleanliness of the place and how stocked they kept all the dishes. There were an assortment of Asian entree dishes (stir fries, appetizers), seafood/sides (cajun shrimp, baked mussels, clams, garlic bread/noodles, etc) and also a cold bar and dessert area. For $20/pp it's quite a deal if you can eat a lot! Service was very quick and always cleared away my plates/trash immediately. I'd want to come back to try their snow crab legs during dinner!
